Our class covers both traditional Muay Thai (“Thai Boxing”) and kickboxing skills. It combines technical instruction and a great workout, providing a whole host of benefits.

The class focuses on the use of punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. Advanced students also study and practice the use of clinching and sweeping techniques.

Most of our classes feature partner padwork and drills–all of our students help each other to make it to the next level, creating a sense of community and partnership that can’t be beat!
