Tang Soo Do training features a wide variety of techniques. These techniques are roughly divided into hand techniques (blocks and strikes), foot techniques (kicks), self-defense techniques (situational defenses against an attacker, often defending against grabs), and forms (traditional patterns of movements).
Our family-friendly classes are an excellent activity for parents and kids to be involved in something fun and healthy for the whole family.
