Looking for tradition? Tang Soo Do is a Korean form of traditional karate with roots going back for two thousand years. More than just a workout or a system of self-defense, Tang Soo Do’s philosophy stresses respect, discipline, and a healthy lifestyle.

Tang Soo Do training features a wide variety of techniques. These techniques are roughly divided into hand techniques (blocks and strikes), foot techniques (kicks), self-defense techniques (situational defenses against an attacker, often defending against grabs), and forms (traditional patterns of movements).

Our family-friendly classes are an excellent activity for parents and kids to be involved in something fun and healthy for the whole family.

We are a proud member of the World Tang Soo Do Association, a professional organization with hundreds of schools spread across six continents.
